My spiritual path can be traced back to my youngest years and perhaps like you, the more in tune I felt with who I truly was, the more detached I became from my physical world and those closest to me. I spent years out of alignment, feeling disconnected and trying to live up to everyone else’s expectations of who I was supposed to be– a perspective that detoured me into some pretty dark places.
In the deepest recesses (of what I call, the abyss), I struggled with addiction, abuse and major depression. Finally hitting rock bottom in the self-worth department and almost losing my life in the process, I decided to make small, daily shifts, beginning with a meditation practice.
Eventually, I became a full-time devotee of various teachings, consuming everything from ancient texts to quantum physics. I was invested in learning it all. Seeing the nuanced layers and connecting the dots between science and art, past and present, I came to feel renewed in my purpose to exist.
In the following years, I studied under internationally recognized teachers, hit the mat every day and committed to my mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. I nixed the numbing habits and self-sabotaging beliefs that held me back from everything that felt like it was originally missing. I FINALLY started remembering not only who I am, but who I came here to be.
After some time doing this deep work, I began liking loving the person who stares back at me in the mirror. Today, I know with the core of my being, that the biggest gift we can give ourselves is the alignment between our physical and spiritual bodies. By making yourself, soul, and physical well-being your primary focus, all else flourishes, including your relationships with others.
My passion is to help you peel back the residuals and rewrite old narratives so you can begin living new ones. Whether it’s taking a one-on-one deep dive or allowing me to guide you through written or spoken works, it’s always a sacred partnership between you, me and nonphysical. There are no boundaries to the latent gifts you’ll discover on this ride.
Remember that no one is in this experience alone even if it can sometimes feel that way. While personal transformation does require rigorous self-inventory, it doesn’t have to feel like hard work along the way. All you have to do is show up for yourself and that’s more a state of being than doing.
With immense appreciation-
Keri
